Trudo Internship Program: Donat's experience with Trudo

By Trudo

Internships have been noticed to help out people who are looking to join the job market in programming while learning extensively but still gaining real-life experience. Trudo has an internship program which initially lasts three months. This program is based on introducing the intern to basic aspects of the workplace, acquiring competencies based on projects which are assigned, and developing a good relationship with colleagues and partners. The program is also focused on giving basic knowledge on Linux, Docker, DevOps lifecycle tools like Gitlab and managed services of AWS.

Gaining real work experience is one thing, while actually enjoying what you do while simultaneously gaining experience that will help your future career is something that will not only be useful but also something you don’t tend to forget. Enjoying the program is one of the goals for Trudo, as setting a great start in the field will first increase productivity but also the chances of everyone who is already interested in tech to continue and stay there.

Continuous learning, especially paired theoretical knowledge together with knowledge which is applicable directly into the professional field is what we want to offer to all of the interns which apply and are accepted into Trudo’s internship experience, with the help of all the senior staff and instructors.
Learning theory in school and classes can never be the same as experience you gain directly in the job market, understanding how businesses work and what they require. Donat said that the experience at Trudo has given him the chance to learn how to put his skills to use and help in adapting to requirements from different businesses.
